In Every Single Room

a short film about perpetual queer coming-of-age, debuting late 2026

still from In Every Single Room, dir. Leander Nora Sharp, 2026

Fresh off a heartbreak, 30-something Lenny returns to the beach town they used to visit as a teenager where their queer identities first unfolded. When they run into an old friend, the rest of the night and the morning after show them that the process of coming out and coming into yourself doesn't end in youth. Anticipated premiere: late 2026.

IN EVERY SINGLE ROOM is a proof of concept short film tied to the feature script ANOTHER WORD FOR SANDBAR, workshopped at the Oberlin Screenwriters Intensive & winner of the Narrative Feature Pitch Competition at the Zeitgeist Minnesota Film Festival 2026.
